I started the new year with something new, just because I felt like it. This pattern of Bareroots I bought last year at the AQS in Lancaster.

Ik trek het patroon over op de stof met een FriXion pen van Pilot, deze kreeg ik van Carina als kerstcadeautje. De inkt verdwijnt als je het warm maakt dus even de strijkbout erover en weg zijn de lijntjes.
I am drawing the pattern on the fabric with a FriXion pen from Pilot, this one is a Christmas present from Carina. The ink will disapear when you heat it so after ironing all the lines are gone.
Het minder goede begin van het nieuwe jaar is dat Rosa's mama is opgenomen in het ziekenhuis voor onderzoek naar haar galsteen aanvallen. Ook al zijn we wel blij dat er nu eens goed naar gekeken wordt natuurlijk en Rosa heeft het wel naar haar zin bij Oma hoor! We lezen graag gezellig samen een boekje of Rosa doet het zelf!
Not the best news to begin the year with is the admitting to the hospital of Rosa's mama for problems with her gall but we are glad they are looking into it now. And Rosa is having a good time at Oma's. We like to read a book together or Rosa is reading herself!
