This week a package from America arrived. We were so spoiled by Shannon and Stuart with all kind of sweets and goodies that we couldn't take them all. Delicious mixes to make pancakes and scones, jam and Stuarts own seasonal mix....to much to mention.

Ik heb van de zomer stof en patroon gekocht van deze tas. Nu kan ik alleen maar hopen dat die van mij er ook zo mooi uit komt te zien! Eerst maar eens goed oefenen op mijn nieuwe Bernina!

Als vakantieproject was ik begonnen met hexagons maken. Ik heb er in de vakantie echter maar 3 gemaakt, toch is de stand na de zomer 29 hexagons. Ik ga ze nu weer wegleggen voor een volgende vakantie want er zijn nog wat projecten die eerst af moeten zoals mijn western quilt.
As a project for the vacation I started making hexagons. I just finished 3 though in my vacation but in total I made 29 this summer. I am going to put them away for a next vacation, there are some other projects like my western quilt that I need to finish first.

Voorpret is geweldig maar met al deze verrassing is bij jou ook de napret geweldig. Op zo'n manier ben je 2 maanden vakantie aan het houden.
